Restore Main Street Competitive Loan

The Restore Main Street Loan helps renovate units above street-level commercial spaces. Many of these units stay vacant because of high renovation costs and challenges in securing financing for mixed-use properties. These projects strengthen main streets by integrating housing with local businesses and supporting thriving, walkable downtowns.

Total funding: $100 million
Funding awarded as of fall 2025: $440,000
