Request for Proposals – Insurance Tracking Services – includes implementation and professional services

The purpose of the RFP is:

  1. Replace WHEDA’s existing in-house insurance servicing (tracking, payments, force placed insurance);
  2. Convert WHEDA’s existing portfolio to the new process.
  3. Integrate insurance servicing with WHEDA’s new loan servicing platform, Willow.

RFP is due:                     December 5, 2025, 12:00 p.m. CT
